how do I book a consultation?you can easily book your consultation on our website through our online booking platform called Bookem. upon completion of payment, you’ll receive an appointment confirmation with a few online medical forms to complete and a video call link.

how long is a consultation?all our consultations are 40 minutes long for a first time consultation and 20 minutes long for a follow-up

how do I join the video call?you’ll receive a video call link in your appointment confirmation email. simply click on the link at the scheduled time of your consultation to join the call.

can I choose my own doctor?absolutely! you can choose any one of our doctors, subject to their availability. rest assured, though, that all our doctors are experienced medical professionals dedicated to providing quality care

what if I need to cancel my appointment?cancel at any time and we’ll refund you. just email us to let us know. if you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged in full.

can I claim from my medical aid?while we require upfront payment, you can claim back from your medical aid. we’ll issue you an invoice for your records.
